SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OFFERINGS:
Strategy for Scale believes in the power of organizations, led by strong teams, to disrupt the status quo within the issues they work on and create the context for change. But we know that attempting to make substantial social impact is not easy. Engagements with practitioners aid leadership teams in devising, revising and learning from strategies, build strong leadership teams, determine viable measurement strategies and build realistic funding strategies. We also do work to ensure that leaders themselves are supported.

Sample Client Engagements:
Upwardly Global.
Three years into a strategic plan, the organization decided to do a board level review to ensure that the staff, management team and board were all aligned on their definition of success and how to confidently works towards it. Kimberly worked directly with the ED and a board committee providing facilitation for a board retreat, case studies for learning about comparable organizations, general strategic guidance and supplemental project oversight in partnership with a pro bono consulting team; the engagement helped the board and team to navigate what it means to include systemic change in a strategy.

Kimberly worked with the organizations to define and articulate the framework, wrote up the framework in a white paper and stewarded the group towards articulating an actionable common goal.
